Everything was exactly as described — the photos matched perfectly, and the space was everything we were hoping for! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Maury was an excellent host — super responsive, answered all our questions quickly, and made sure we had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to Sand Hollow, and the waterpark that is included was amazing for the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic!! Stayed in hurricane to go to Zion and Bryce. The pecan resort was added touch to are stay! Close to sandy beach state park and mad moose highly recommend to atv the sand dunes and mountains. Roof top was amazing to chill out after a long day! This place is underpriced as others say. So so glad we was lucky to stay there enjoyed every bit of it highly recommended!! Communicate excellent, very clean!

Loved loved loved our stay! Super clean, super comfortable, and felt right at home. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Description was 100% on target. Would stay here again with hesitation. It was the perfect retreat after a hard day of wheeling at Sand Hollow.

This is a great place everyone loved it and want to book it again when we come down next time.
We went in kind of the off season after labor day so there were not a lot of people there. There is a lot of construction going on but we never heard anything from inside the home. The only minor annoyance was that sometimes the trucks block the street but they are good about moving them when they see you. I don't know if it's a seasonal thing but the waterpark doesn't open until 4:00 PM, the water is a little cold so it would be nice to open earlier. The place was very clean and new, the very modern appliances were a little tricky for us old school guys but we figured them out.

This place is beautiful! An amazing find for what we paid!!! The outdoor roof patio was to die for, and the inside was better than the pictures. Short and easy 40-45 minute drive to Zion. Amazing resting place after a long day exploring the park. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Great stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Suite was equipped with all essentials for a comfortable stay and spotless clean.
Waterpark is walkable distance. We enjoyed pool and the lazy river .
9 minutes away from Mad Moose rentals. 40 min away from Zion National Park . Reyes taco truck is parked outside the community and 100% recommend. Loved our stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect little spot for the 2 of us! Price was reasonable, photos were accurate, very clean and comfortable, and quiet. 4 people here could be a bit tight, especially 4 adults, as 2 of the beds were chairs that pull out into single beds and it is a studio. Probably would be fine for a couple kids and parents. Overall though, it was exactly what we needed for the 2 of us and we had no complaints. I would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home! Plenty of beds, large living space inside and out, large dinning table and kitchen. The outdoor space was wonderful with plenty of seating, and activities for everyone! Everything you could need in a kitchen was provided along with bathroom supplies and laundry supplies. Be aware there is no street parking which we didn't know until check-in time but there is plenty of parking about a block and half away in a dirt lot so we just shuttled to and from. It didn't deter from the wonderful days we had at this home.

We loved Morri's place. The house was well decorated and free of clutter. We enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Great host - very responsive to requests and inquiries, beautiful home that is well-cared for and met all our expectations. As a nonprofit using the space to host a healing retreat for those with breast cancer, it was an ideal location for our needs. One thing that some may find helpful, however, is that it is in close proximity to a common area which was used for two late-night parties during our stay. Loud music and vibrations from the music could be heard/felt until 11 pm one night and 1 am another night. This is obviously outside the host's control, but something to be aware of. Our group used earplugs, and everything worked out for us. We would definitely stay here again!
